We needed a user-friendly and helpful web site to gather client data and hold this securely for translation into relevant formats for a wide audience (panel of lenders). We also wanted to empower the users to deal with their contribution (the loan application form) in their own time at their own pace. The website permits this and it allows users to revisit us in future to update their details whether to complete an existing application or to apply for further borrowings or make other changes to their current facilities (e.g. refinance). We wanted to provide users with a full range of relevant information that we had previously provided by telephone and mail. The result is a sophisticated range of easy-to-use calculators that give users their answers in plain English. Also, we provide some relevant FAQs and a home buyers’ guide which covers the entire process.

This functionality allows them to automate their business processes, in whole or part; documents, information or tasks are passed from one participant to another to be processed, according to a set of procedural rules.
