Buzz wanted 'the best' and to get the best they needed to have access to job seekers and employers world wide.  The available jobs needed to be broken down into 4 main areas - Hospitality, IT Telecommunications, Travel/Tourism and Media - as well as permanent and temporary positions.  Registration directly from the website insures the 'office' is open 24/7 and the ability to attach documents, such as a CV, allows all relevant data to be collected in one easy step.  

Working from designs by MetaSolutions, TheVirtual implemented these designs to create the site.  CSS code is used to create the look of a website from the background colour or image, through to the font type and size. 

The site utilises the plone content management system which enables staff at buzz to update their own website, essential for a business where the listings are constantly changing.  All staff have a login to the system, this information is used to automatically create the "Buzz People" page located on the site.  An end date/time on each job ensures that when the cut-off time for a position is reached, the listing is removed automatically by the system freeing staff to the more important task of matching positions with clients.
