Help Centre : The 'help centre' includes three main sections.  FAQ (frequently asked questions),  'how to' and a glossary of terms. These coupled with the live search functionality ensures clients find  the information they need quickly and easily.

Available Services : A dynamically created 'Services' list ensures that the services offered are always up to date, important for any business.  If a service is changed, added or removed, the list displays these change immediately.  The benefits of a dynamic listing is obvious.  No business wants to be 'caught out' advertising expired or out of date offers, or not display new offers at all.

Branch Locations: Having multiple branches in 3 major cities begged the question.  "How can our clients easily locate their closest branch?"  Our solution was to provide a map with branch locations clearly marked.  The map we utilised for this has three different display formats.  A typical  'street' format, a 'satellite image' format and a hybrid of these two.
